On Foot: From the Railway & Bus Station - Turn left outside Paignton Station, (turn right at the Railway Station end of the Bus Station). Follow the direction of the traffic and take the first left in to Station Lane. At the end of Station Lane turn left towards the sea front. Cross the railway crossing and keeping the flats on your left walk towards the sea. Pass the Art shop and take the second turn on the right just after the Church in to St. Andrews Road. Beecroft Lodge is approximately 100 yards (90 metres) up the hill on the right  

 

By Road: From the end of the M5 merge onto the A38 Keep in right hand lane then branch left onto the A380 (signposted Torquay). Follow the signs to Torquay. At the Gallows Gate roundabout take the 2nd exit for Paignton and Brixham. At Preston Down roundabout take the 1st exit to Paignton sea front. Make your way to the sea. Keeping the sea on your left, drive the full length of the Esplanade passing a large hotel, pier, cinema and crazy golf on your left. At the mini roundabout turn right in to Sands Road. St Andrews Road is the second turn on the left before the Church. Beecroft Lodge is approximately 100 yards (90 metres) up the hill on the right.
