All rates are per room per night on based on a stay of two nights or more and include a full breakfast. The minimum stay commencing on Fridays in July and August is 2 nights. N.B. There is an additional charge for a single night stay of £5.00 per room.
Discounts
Child discounts: Children are welcome. Children under 2 will be charged a £5.00 per night service charge. From their 2nd to 14th birthdays child rate is 50% of the adult rate. Children over 14 years of age are charged as adults. If a separate room is booked for a child or children then the first child may be charged at the full adult rate and the other children at the relevant age rate per night
Senior Citizen Discounts (65+): in low and mid season – weekly £10 per person. Daily £1.00 per person if notified at the time of booking and not in conjunction with any other offer

We are a non-smoking throughout the building
All Rooms are en-suite and have tea/coffee making facilities, colour TV's Freeview, hairdryers, fans and Clock/Radio Alarms. The Four poster and the Superior room and the Family room have fridges. An iron and ironing board are available.

There is an additional charge for a single night stay of £5 per room
A deposit of one night’s accommodation for short stays and 20% of the total cost of the stay for longer holidays is required to confirm a reservation. We recommend holiday insurance as cancellations will incur a charge as set out in our terms and conditions
Single occupancy of a double room - if you request single occupancy of a double room then a reduction of £10 in low and mid season will be given but in high season the full room rate will apply.
Most major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
Cheque Payments for holiday balances must be presented at least 14 days PRIOR to the commencement of your stay
Rooms will be available from 15.00 on the day of arrival and guests are kindly requested to vacate their rooms by 10.00 on the day of departure. We will help by holding luggage if you arrive early or need to depart later
